We deliver across the UK and Ireland from our warehouse in Dumfries. Orders over £1,000 are delivered free of charge; orders of £1,000 or less carry a delivery charge of 10% of the order value, with a minimum charge of £25, unless otherwise stated.
All delivery times quoted are estimates only and time of delivery shall not be of the essence. We may deliver an order in instalments, each treated as a separate contract. We may decline to deliver where we believe it would be unsafe, unlawful or unreasonably difficult to do so, or where the premises or access to them are unsuitable for our vehicle.
The quantity recorded by us on despatch is conclusive evidence of the quantity delivered unless you can provide conclusive evidence to the contrary. Our liability for non-delivery is limited to replacing the goods within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note at the pro-rata quotation rate.
Please inspect goods on delivery. Any damage, shortage or non-delivery must be reported to us in writing within seven days of delivery (or the expected delivery date), and you must give us and any carrier a reasonable opportunity to inspect damaged goods.
We accept the return of goods only by prior arrangement confirmed in writing; on payment of an agreed handling charge or any third-party collection costs (unless the goods were defective when delivered); and where the goods are as fit for sale on their return as they were on delivery.
Goods being returned must be in their original packing and securely repacked, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit.
